Once again proving that they’re one of the hardest working bands in show business (er… hardcore), Death Before Dishonor is back out on the road, this time on a headlining tour with support from hardcore stalwarts Damnation AD and Lambgoat’s up-and-comers Unholy! Vocalist Bryan Harris said, “We are excited for this upcoming tour with Damnation and Unholy! All three bands together make for a great lineup that is a little diverse but stays heavy.”
Death Before Dishonor is out on tour again supporting their #114 debuting album on the Billboard Independent Chart – Count Me In. Count Me In is a product of over two years of non-stop touring,
learning, and life for a band of regular guys from South Boston. Since the beginning of 2005, Death Before Dishonor has been on a relentless mission: showing the world that they’re more than just a
tough hardcore band with a few breakdowns. Death Before Dishonor has a sense of history in their sound that takes from influences in metal, classic punk, and hardcore that finds a spot somewhere between Hatebreed and Dropkick Murphys.
Count Me In has seen much success, with the video or the first single “Break Through It All” still spinning on Headbanger’s Ball on MTV2. The album has received glowing praise from the press and features in Rolling Stone, Outburn Magazine, Hails And Horns, and more. Outburn said, “Count Me In follows up the grand Friends Family Forever with glorious results from beginning to end.” Pastepunk.com said, “…a crunchy platter of metallic hardcore that’s one of most viciously executed albums in the genre since Hatebreed’s Satisfaction Is The Death of Desire.” And Blabbermouth crowned them as one of the best bands in hardcore by saying, “”This is how hardcore is supposed to sound and is guaranteed to please any fan of the true stuff.”
