TRAP THEM have premiered the first track from their upcoming album, and Prosthetic debut, “Darker Handcraft.” The track, “The Facts,” is available now exclusively at Brooklyn Vegan. Check it out here. “Darker Handcraft'” will be released in North America on March 1st on vinyl and March 15th on CD and digital. Brooklyn Vegan commented on the album: “Trap Them have crafted the first must-hear record of 2011, and possibly their best LP to date. Highly, highly recommended.” The band recorded the album at Godcity Studio with Kurt Ballou (Converge, Disfear, Black Breath). The album artwork and layout was done by Justin Bartlett (Sunn 0))), The Funeral Pyre).

Prosthetic Records has launched the official pre-order for “Darker Handcraft,” at their official webstore. The limited edition LP has a gatefold cover, comes with a digital download card and will be available on black, red, gray and white vinyl. The LP and CD are both available for pre-order, now, as well as two brand new, exclusive, t-shirt designs.

TRAP THEM are playing two free Scion Metal Matinee shows this weekend, in Chicago and Los Angeles. The band will be playing a show in Manhattan and a show in Brooklyn next weekend, and there will be more North American tour plans announced shortly. They will be heading to Europe in April with Rotten Sound, Gaza, the Kandidate and Haust.
